Rudmeela Nawsheen and her team are on the cutting edge of their industry. She is an electrical engineer and content developer. She started ConfigVR (AR/VR company) in 2017 with an eye on leveraging her experience for market share and growing the overall market. ConfigRbot (extension of ConfigVR) is her second venture in Silicon Valley,California and will explore the Robotics and AI market with latest solutions.She is an inspiring woman entrepreneur and also serves as the Director of three other companies, Ranks ITT, Ranks Telecom Ltd, and Ranks Petroleum Ltd, (macro distributor for Shell Lubricant) in Bangladesh.

From an early age, Nawsheen’s focus was on engineering and entrepreneurship; She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and graduated summa cum laude for her Master of Science in Digital Communications and Multimedia. She has honed her technology and business skills for over 10 years. She is launching ConfigRbot in the US and Bangladesh to take the Bangladesh Robotics industry to the next level. ConfigRbot also plans to have extended R&D and training programs as well.Her goal is to promote business developments between the US and Bangladesh utilizing her global professional network.Her teams are based in US,Europe and Bangladesh.

She is also actively working with ICT(Information and communications technology) for the content acceleration industry.Alongside she is also involved in a media production company and works for skill development training for rural areas and handicapped youth. Her vision is to represent Bangladeshi talent on international platforms.

They’ve been in the industry for almost ten years and have completed over 100 projects successfully. Given this dedicated group, they can take care of any project of any kind and size. Nusrat Rabbee

Author, Data Science & Analytics Leader

Nusrat Rabbee is a data scientist – utilizing biostatistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence to gain insights from big data in life sciences. Her research is in the development of statistical methods and computational tools for personalized treatment and precision medicine. She has co-discovered the RLMM algorithm for genotyping Affymetrix SNP chips and co-invented a high-dimensional molecular signature for cancer. She has spent over seventeen years in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. She has taught Statistics at UC Berkeley for four years.She earned her PhD in Biostatistics from Harvard University,MA in Statistics from University of California @Berkeley and BA in Computer Science and Economics from Wellesley College/MIT.

His company has been focusing on Local and International Web and E-commerce Development. He achieved a 7 times Award for Best Science Project, organized by the Ministry of Science Information and Communication Technology, also he achieved 32 awards for attending various “Science and IT Fair” He regularly participates in Seminars, Conferences and Meetings. He participated in international conferences and Exhibitions as BASIS Delegation in India, Turkey, Sweden, Netherlands and Denmark, Korea, Japan, USA. He has led IT, industry teams, to negotiate on behalf of IT business houses with deferent departments of government and development partners. He was Organizing Member: BASIS Softexpo 2011,2012, Convener: BASIS IT Innovation Search ( Abiskarer Khoje), 2012, Convener: PR and Media, BASIS Softexpo, 2011,2012,2014, Director BASIS ( 2014-16). He was 3 Times Country Lead (Bangladesh) of World Largest Scientific Hackathon “ NASA Space Apps Challenge” Organize by National Aeronautics and Space Administration ( NASA).
