
Nusrat Rabbee
Author, Data Science & Analytics Leader
Nusrat Rabbee is a data scientist – utilizing biostatistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence to gain insights from big data in life sciences. Her research is in the development of statistical methods and computational tools for personalized treatment and precision medicine. She has co-discovered the RLMM algorithm for genotyping Affymetrix SNP chips and co-invented a high-dimensional molecular signature for cancer. She has spent over seventeen years in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. She has taught Statistics at UC Berkeley for four years.She earned her PhD in Biostatistics from Harvard University,MA in Statistics from University of California @Berkeley and BA in Computer Science and Economics from Wellesley College/MIT.
